What about insurance, is there 100% no-risk available?
Yes! The price you see on our website includes full CDW (crash damage waiver) and covers damage to the car and its occupants. There is an excess charge that has to be covered by a Credit Card deposit, or from €5 per day you can buy out this excess. We strongly recommend that you take this extra cover for total peace of mind, 100% insurance including wheels, tyres and glass.
It also has all necessary insurance for civil responsibility, bail bond and legal defence in Portugal, Madeira and Spain included.
What about hotel deliveries?
Yes, we can deliver the car to most hotels free of charge.
Collecting your car
If you are collecting your car at the airport, pick up will be at the rent a car section in the arrivals.
How to make a reservation
This really is simple and safe. Do not feel overwhelmed by the reservation form on the reservation page. Simply fill in the required fields and press the 'submit info' button. You will then have the opportunity to send us your credit card details through our SSL server. This is state of the art encryption to protect your personal data and your credit card number whilst they are being transmitted to us over the internet. This is safe data transfer and you can rest assured that absolutely no one will be able to access your data. Alternatively, of course you can send us your credit card details by fax or telephone. Please ensure that your email address is correct. If you do not receive a reply from us - then your email address is probably incorrect and we are unable to contact you.

We are happy to have a large fleet at our disposal in Portugal, Madeira and Spain. Most of our cars are less than 12 months old and as we are also the main dealers for three top brands of car, we have facilities at our disposal that enable us to maintain our fleet to the highest technical standards. Changes, cancellations and refunds
We are well aware that changes sometimes have to be made to a holiday schedule and we will do our utmost to accommodate any changes you may want to make regarding your car rental. If you want to change the delivery location or type of car, please advise us as soon as possible. We will confirm that the requested change has been accepted and made. If there is a price difference, we will make the necessary adjustment to your payment. If you need to cancel your reservation upto 3 days before the rental period begins, you will receive a full refund, promptly and with NO charges.
Your privacy and security online
We take your privacy and online security very seriously indeed. This web site is secured using a GeoTrust Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information and view it in plain text form. This is safe data transfer and you can rest assured that absolutely no one will be able to access your personal details. Alternatively, of course you can send us your credit card details by fax or telephone. Finally, we can assure you that your personal data will not be passed on in any way to third party companies.
